Who we are

This website is operated for Godori Office Co-Working Space ("Godori Office", "we"), a co-working space provider in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. For anything about your personal data, contact us at godorioffice@gmail.com or +60 12-700 1371.

What we collect

Enquiry form. If you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter — your name, WhatsApp number, email address if you provide one, the location and space you're interested in, and your message. We use them to respond to your enquiry and follow up, and we keep them only as long as needed for that.

WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact us through WhatsApp, phone or email, your messages are handled by those services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Website assistant. If you use the chat assistant on this site, the messages you type are sent to an AI service provider (DeepSeek) to generate a reply. Conversations are not used to identify you — please don't include sensitive personal information in the chat.

Analytics. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. If analytics are active, you can decline them via the cookie banner, and change your choice any time through "Cookie choices" in the footer.

Who we share data with

We use service providers to run this site — website and email infrastructure (Cloudflare) and, for the chat assistant, an AI model provider. We don't sell your personal data.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to its processing, by contacting godorioffice@gmail.com.
